Can you hold a place before I apply?

No. We will hold a property for up to two weeks with a paid security deposit and an approved application on file.
How old do you have to be to apply?

To be a leaseholder, you must be a minimum of 18 years old.
Is the security deposit refundable?

Security deposits are refundable, subject to the property condition and lease terms being met upon the termination of the lease agreement.
How do I pay rent?

You can pay your rent online through your Tenant Portal.
I want to get a pet. What should I do?

When you decide to get a pet, please contact our office for approval. This must be approved prior and pet fees do apply.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?

The lease agreement requires a 30-day written Notice To Vacate prior to your move-out. You can submit your intention to move out of the property in your Resident Portal.
